Can I try it before buying?+
Yes. We set up a guided trial: we install the edition you are considering, configure a real sample backup and walk you through how it backs up and, above all, how it restores. That way you decide with the product running on your own machines, not on a generic demo.
Does it work for Mac or Linux?+
For Mac, AOMEI only offers file sync, not full system backup; for that, Time Machine plus our setup services is the way. The full backup software (Backupper) and the virtual-machine one (Cyber Backup) are for Windows environments.
What is the difference between a 1-year and a perpetual license?+
The 1-year one renews annually and includes updates while active. The perpetual one is a one-time payment that never expires; future major upgrades may require an upgrade. For a machine you will keep for years, perpetual usually pays off.
Can I back up to the cloud?+
Yes. You can back up to an external drive, USB stick, NAS, network share or the cloud. If you want managed off-site backup, we set it up as a service; write to us and we size it to how much data you handle.
How is the license delivered and how long does it take?+
AOMEI issues the license in your name and it arrives by email. Once payment is confirmed, we coordinate delivery and schedule the setup and training you contracted.
Do you issue a tax invoice in Ecuador?+
Yes. TecnoLTS issues an electronic invoice with tax. Prices on this page are shown excluding VAT: the 15% is added when invoicing, and the configurator breaks it down before you send the request.
